TubeInspect P16

The full size system has a measurement volume 2.5m (8.25 ft) x 1m (3.28ft) x 0.7m (2.25 ft).  Longer tubes can be measured in sections by opening the side doors at the ends.

TubeInspect P8

The newest benchmark in 3D bent tube and wire measurement the P8 has a measurement volume 1m (3.28 ft) x 0.6m (1.97 ft) x 0.4m (1.31 ft).  The new generation TubeInspect was designed for  efficient quality control.

BendingStudio with AbsoluteArm

The established software platform AICON BendingStudio now allows the integration of an ROMER Absolute Arm with integrated scanner for the measurement of complex geometries of bent tubes and wires. This new inspection solution brings the portability and speed of laser scanning into the production of bent components.
